Ertund Kingdom (NA - NA)
Central Ertund region in the southern Drap Expanse.
Myron III begins campaigning in Ertund against the Ertund Kingdom.
Vasslow becomes quartermaster and translator for his unit in Myron III's forces in the Ertund Kingdom.
The Ertund Kingdom falls to the Myron Empire. Myron III arranges a peace with the far southern Ertund people and plans to move against North Ertund.
Vasslow, still in the service of Myron III's Ertund army, seizes the opportunity to travel to the Ertund River Basin Casot School while the army sits idle.
Vasslow documents his time in the Ertund Kingdom region while staying at the Casot School; leaving a first hand account of Myron III's invasion and conquering of Ertund as well as a linguistic comparison between Ertund Kingdom dialects and Jagged Coast dialects.
Myron III takes his army out of Ertund, leaving only a small garrison, and heads for Trahbeck to make a push into Enhold and connect to Vesop.
Myron III overhauls the census system established by his father 18 years prior. Paid officials with the Census Agent title are designated to specific areas while officials with the Census Overseer title are put in charge of regions consisting of many areas each. The Empire is designated into regions consisting of the Midlands, Callouse Marshes, West Penbrooke, East Penbrooke, South Wood, South Wood River Basin, Trahbeck, Imperial Ertund, North Ertund, Ertund, and Greyfield. The Nazreth Valley is exempt from the census. The areas between the South Wood River Basin and Trahbeck are labeled the Imperial Seat, with Myron III acting as the region Census Overseer.
The Callouse Marshes, West Penbrooke, South Wood, South Wood River Basin, Trahbeck, Imperial Ertund, North Ertund, and Greyfield census regions all respond to Myron III's tribute demand. The Ertund census region sens 500 men. The Midlands and East Penbrooke (under Dolle Plateau warlords' control) send no tribute.
Ertund, backed by South Ertund troops, drive the Imperial Garrison out of most of the Ertund Kingdom region.
Ertund forces clear Drenundson's troops out of most of central Ertund.
Central Ertund is lost completely to rebel forces.
Telworth the Wise shows up in Errfulfel City with ransom demands for Cyfurrel II's release. Demands include: Imperial protections for South Ertund, weapons for South Ertund, pressure on mid-Ertund warlords, gold, silver, livestock, two ships, food, horses, and feed. Cyfurrel agrees to the ransom demands.
Galvin crosses the South Drap with Army IX invading Ertund from the north.
Galvin's Army IX encounters Lord Asroth's initial levied militia and destroys it while securing holds and villages along the South Drap's Ertund coast.
Galvin's Army IX battles Lord Asroth's entire raised army of around 12,000 just 50 miles south of Fort Faith in Ertund. While Army IX wins due to better discipline, equipment, and training, it is at great cost due to being so outnumbered.
Hermoth's Army IV successfully defeats two more South Ertund militia forces before advancing north to the border of the Ertund Kingdom.
Hermoth's Army IV and Hander's Army VIII fortify the Ertund-South Ertund border.
Hermoth Krandorson handles a series of negotiations with Ertund Lords.
Hermoth Krandorson invades Ertund with Army IV, but stays close to the southern border.
Army IX, lead by Galvin, thrusts into Ertund heading south east as Army VIII and Hander push east from the Erien.
Army VIII engages a formal army of 15,000 in central Ertund. Hander Fermothson takes heavy losses but manages a slight victory.
Army IX encounters and engages a relief army headed to destroy Hander's battered Army VIII. Nearly 8,000 enemy are killed with 2,000 more captured. Galvin takes only 1,500 losses.
Following the major battles to the north, Hermoth and Army IV make a strong push into Ertund. Few formal forces are encountered.
Hander retreats Army VIII out of Ertund and into Imperial Ertund.
Galvin uses Army IX to disrupt enemy troop movements throughout the region while Army IV, lead by Hermoth, captures and holds Drenock Tower.
Galvin, still leading Army IX in Ertund, receives news of his father's death in Donwick.
Ertund lords officially submit the kingdom to the Errfulfel Empire.
Hermoth garrisons Army IV at Drenock Tower, exerting control throughout Ertund.
Ertund lords report enemy forays from North Ertund. Cyfurrel II politicizes the reports to demonize North Ertund.
Citing piracy, bandit crimes, and insurgent actions in Ertund, Cyfurrel II orders Jormal, Leopuld II, and Bale to invade North Ertund with Armies XI, XII, and XIII.
Erffulfel supremacy of Ertund fades as former lords regain control.
