Greater Region
Drap Expanse (NA - NA)
Massive plateaud region shielded from ocean weather patterns and Frozen North weather by massive mountain ranges.
Myron makes peace with much of Penbrooke in the face of dwindling manpower and support from the Tortund Valley. Many of his core Northmen fighters are or have returned home to the Tortund Valley as wealthy men, seeing no reason to continue fighting in Drap.
King Haspen II and Myron II agree to a limited partnership. The Myron Empire is designated a sphere of influence consisting of the Drap Expanse and River Valley Region while the Trefel Kingdom is designated room to expand into Merrod and the Plains.
Myron II and King Haspen II's negotiations break down and Myron II returns to the Drap Expanse.
Cyfurrel the Younger, now also using the name Myron Cyfurrel, arrives at the Imperial Seat and challenges Frundhul for the Empire, citing his mother's more direct link to Myron II and Myron III. No formal 'rules of inheritance' had been established in the empire. The empires most base origins, the Tortund Valley, doesn't even use inheritance laws. Some parts of the eastern Drap Expanse do trace inheritance through daughters, though, expanding on Cyfurrel the Younger's legitimacy.
Cyfurrel raises a professional army of 3,000 under Dornal's command and sends them to Drap Expanse to reinforce the border garrisons, mostly between the Callouse Marshes and Penbrooke.
Nevil enlists under Dornal's command in Drap.
The Errfulfel Seat is completed in Errfulfel City. It is a fortified palace larger than any before. The palace and accompanying gardens are nearly as large as the original capital of Enhold. The palace even boasts a small zoo of exotic animals from as far away as Jaxillian. The palace houses a temple to the Pantheon deity Trebec (Trehfbeck in Tortund Valley, Febeck in north Drap, Trahbeck in east River Valley) the warrior god, the god of the winter hunt, the Jade god, and the protector of responsibility. The people of Trahbeck also claim Trebec was the first king of their lands. This creates conflict in the empire between the previously dominant Pantheon in competition to the newly widespread Mother Egu tenets.
