Teymon (NA - NA)
Major trade hub on the Merrod River.
Helmuk is sent to Teymon with his mother and siblings prior to a major Plains raid that destroys Cremton Hold and kills Helmuk's father.
Helmuk's mother abandons him in Teymon.
Helmuk is adopted by a Pantheon Temple as an orphan in Teymon.
Gennor discovers Mother Egu's Tenets from a street preacher near Teymon. The preacher promises steady work, sanctuary, and freedom at Clyffen Mission for those willing to travel and defend the walls from heathens- Exactly what Gennor seeks.
Gennor visits a Pantheon Temple in Teymon which is devoted to The Mother Egu (an interpretation and bridge religion between the Pantheon and Mother Egu- believing that The Mother from the Pantheon is Mother Egu) and seeks new knowledge from the priests about mercenary work at Clyffen Mission. The priests do not mirror the sermons of the street preacher Gennor heard previously- since the 'heathens' the street preacher referred to ultimately tend to be Pantheon worshipers- but direct Gennor to seek knowledge at the a Clyffen Learning Center.
Pavel, Mabel, and Julia travel to Teymon in Merrod.
Pavel establishes a trade house, Teymon Herber Trade House, in Teymon under the name of his father-in-law and begins importing Enhold Mountain iron ingots refined in Errfulfel City from the Errfulfel City Herber Trade House and exporting manufactured silk and Merrod ale back. The Teymon Herber Trade House is a subsidiary of the larger Merrod Trades Guild and Pavel learns from their trade masters- and operates under their permission and protection, at a cost.
Nearly bankrupted from paying Fenwin's troops' wages, Herber is forced to cease Pavel's Teymon Herber Trade House operations in Teymon and ship goods through the Merrod Trades Guild instead.
Pavel arranges to have Herber travel through Durnhall to the Dranmeck Sea, around the continent to the Caleronia Sea, then through the Lowlands to Merrod and finally to Teymon.
Herber arrives at Teymon in Merrod.
Herber reopens the Teymon Herber Trade House in Teymon; this time as an independent organization-not a permitted subsidiary of the Merrod Trades Guild- sporting an exclusive silk and Merrod ale contract with the Vesop Trade House run by Pavel in Cyfurrel City.
The Vesop Trade House, by order of King Fenwin, is the only organization permitted to import silk or Merrod Ale to Vesop from Cyfurrel City through Pavel. Fenwin convinces Lord Trefmott to accept limited Greyfield import contracts from Teymon with the Teymon Herber Trade House through Herber for silk and Merrod ale in King Garret's name.
The Vesop Trade House and Teymon Herber Trade House manage to earn more combined wealth for the year than the entirety of Vesop's collected taxes, to Pavel and Herber's delight.
Herber is murdered in Teymon by agents of the Merrod Trades Guild and the Merrod Association of Trade Guilds. The Teymon Herber Trade House is sacked and looted.
Pavel travels to Teymon and reestablishes the Teymon Herber Trade House (maintaining the Herber name). He hires mercenary guards out of Trefel and the Fenhall Plains to protect the establishment.
Pavel hires the most trustworthy trader in Merrod that he knows, Dram Cullfen, a former accountant for the Merrod Trades Guild and a Teymon local, to manage the Teymon Herber Trade House. Pavel knew Dram from when the Teymon Herber Trade House was a subsidiary of the Merrod Trades Guild.
Agents attack the Teymon Herber Trade House in Teymon. Dram Cullfen is lightly wounded but the mercenary guards fight off the attackers. Three attackers are killed, one guard severely wounded. It is without doubt the attack originated from the Merrod Trades Guild or Merrod Association of Trade Guilds.
Pavel travels to Teymon under heavy guard with a brief stop on the way at Fort Rupert in Vesop.
Pavel helps Dram Cullfen at the Teymon Herber Trade House while Dram recovers from his injuries in Teymon.
Pavel pays a small fortune to Teymon officials and Merrod lords to buy protection for the Teymon Herber Trade House.
