Gennor ends up at the Jorfen Clyffen learning Center. Skillful negotiation and persuasion on the part of the teachers convince Gennor to remain at the Learning Center to discover Clyffen's teachings. Gennor is amazed that he can stay at the Learning Center, be fed, clothed, and educated without having to do any work besides simple chores in return.
